Orders CANNOT be changed, modified or canceled after Checkout

Online Exchange Policy

Our online exchange policy is for store credit or exchange only for regular priced merchandise and all sales are final for merchandise purchased ON SALE.  if store credit is your choice, that credit is valid for 6 months and once exchanged, that becomes a final transaction. You have 14 days from the day you receive the item to return it for store credit or exchange. All sale items are final.

Shoe returns: Shoes must be returned in the original shoe box and placed in another box for shipping to avoid damage to original box.  Damaged/worn shoes or a damaged box will not be accepted.

Worn, washed and/or damaged items will not be accepted for return.  Original tags must be attached and intact.

For defective claims, please contact us within 3 days of delivery date via email at rebahleighboutique@gmail.com so we can help you with a return label

You will be responsible for returning items for exchange and you will not be reimbursed.  You can return via UPS, FedEx or USPS to the following address:

Once the damaged or exchanged item is received, we will process the request.

SHIPPING

**We are not responsible for packages lost in transit if this occurs, you must file a claim with carrier.**

Tracking information is emailed to you once your order ships.  Please allow 7 business days before inquiring about the status of your order.  We strive to send your package out within 2 business days of your order completion.
